⋅ The Wenchuan will keep the customer’s personal information confidential, but may provide it to the following organizations and persons according to the actual situation and needs:

1. Other companies of Wenchuan, including wholly-owned subsidiaries, or affiliates of subsidiaries, or wholly-owned or partially owned companies in the name of directors and staff of the Group;

2. The agents and the third-party service providers handling relevant business for customers, including clearing houses, professional service companies, financial institutions, computer system service providers, telecommunications system support services as necessary procedures for completing customer service;

3. Any regulatory or government agency relating to or regulating any business of Wenchuan;

4. The appropriate or qualified personnel who is regarded by the Wenchuan under the confidentiality obligation, including members of the group and its employees. And these authorized persons must keep the customer's personal information confidential.

According to the terms of the ordinance, the customers shall have the right to request Wenchuan to correct false data relating to the customers and to terminate the use of his personal data for direct or indirect marketing purposes in writing. Only Wenchuan has the right to charge a reasonable fee for handling requests for correcting data in accordance with the terms of the Ordinance.
